Flow of Consultation
Reservation
Please make an appointment online and then answer the questions.
You will receive a confirmation email. Please read it carefully.
You can also make a follow-up appointment during a consultation.
You will receive a friendly reminder the day before your appointment.
Reception
Please arrive before your appointment time and check in.
Bring your ID such as a passport and any documents showing your immunization and medical history with you.
Before the examination
Please enter the consultation room when your name is called.
Medical examination
Your first consultation will take about 30 minutes. Follow-up consultations take about 10 minutes.
Please wear clothes that make it easy to expose your upper arm.
If you have a temperature of over 37.5°or are not feeling well, we will reschedule your appointment.
If you receive immunizations
Following your immunizations, we will ask you to stay in the recovery room for about 20 minutes for observation.
Accounting
Please pay before you leave.
You should allow the following total amount of time for your visit to the clinic:
- For immunizations during the 1st visit, about 1 hour.
- For immunizations during the 2nd and subsequent visits, about 30 minutes.
- For other services, about 20 minutes.
